Terms and Conditions

1. Submission fee: Students - £2; other - £3. The fee can either be submitted in cash or by cheque (made out to University of Manchester Students’ Union). All submission payments are non-refundable.
 

2. We accept fiction films, documentaries, animations as well as music videos. The only format regulation is that the piece submitted is no more than 30 minutes in length.
 

3. Non-English language films must contain English subtitles.
 

4. Each contestant can submit an unlimited amount of films, but a separate entry form and entry fee is required for each submission. (Multiple submissions can be mailed together).
 

5. Each film must be submitted in DVD PAL format.
 

6. Films must not contain any material with copyright infringements.
 

7. We accept both UK and international submissions.
 

8. We cannot guarantee that your submission will be shortlisted to be screened at the festival. You will be informed at least 10 days prior to the event if your film has been shortlisted.
 

9. Festival organisers may eliminate categories and compile entries accordingly into another category.
 

10. Unfortunately we will not be able to return any of the submitted films.
 

11. Fuse TV may use short clips from your film for promotional purposes/highlights on their website and other media outlets.
